| Can I meet my agent first? |
| Absolutely! You can schedule an initial meet and greet with your I-Agent representative from our website. Just let us know what date and time works best for you and we will work around your schedule. |

| How do you price my home? |
| Ultimately you make the final decision on what price we will list your home for. Our agents will provide you with a comparative market analysis, which is basically a detailed report of the most recent home sales and the current pricing in your area. |

| Do I need to hire someone to stage my home? |

| What happens when an offer comes in on my property? |
| I-Agent Realty will receive all offers directly from the potential buyers. We will then contact you immediately to review the offer. |

| Who handles the negotiations? |
We will handle the entire negotiation process for you. Your I-Agent representative will handle going back and forth with the buyer’s agent. |

| Will I-Agent Realty assist me throughout settlement? |
| Once we have a ratified sales contract, we will coordinate everything. Our agents will make sure all contingencies in the contract have been removed, HOA documents have been delivered, inspections have been conducted, and the actual settlement has been scheduled. |

| How much do I have to pay the buyer’s agent? |
| Typically, buyer’s agents receive 3% of the sales price. To get maximum exposure we recommend that you offer the full 3% to buyers agents. |

| When do I pay? |
| We offer two listing programs with different payment options. You can choose to pay an upfront flat fee of $3,995 or pay 4.5% at closing. Please read over both selling programs to choose which one better suits your needs. |

| What if my property doesn’t sell? |
| There are various factors that may cause your home not to sell, price, condition, and availability are a few. We will sit down with you to reevaluate our approach. If you chose the upfront sell your home program we will refund your initial payment minus any marketing expenses we have incurred. |

| Can I cancel my contract? |
| Yes you can. We want to help you accomplish your goal in any way possible. If you are not satisfied with our service and decide you want to work with another company, we will not slow down the process. You can withdraw your listing at anytime if you are not satisfied with our efforts. |
