For new homes, upon request, your I-Agent representative will pre-register you at every community you wish to visit. On your first visit, you must take your I-Agent representative’s electronic business card, which will be e-mailed to you once you register.

For resale homes, upon request, your I-Agent representative will schedule appointments and viewings for all of your prospective homes.

NOTE**For resale homes, you must provide a pre-approval from your lender by fax or e-mail.

Once you are ready to make an offer, you will work closely with our Negotiating Experts to prepare an offer and all necessary documents.

Your I-Agent Representative:

1. Will review and check your offer with you to ensure it is competitive and complete.
   
2. Make sure you understand everything before you sign.
   
3. Negotiate to protect your interest and get you the best deal possible.

Upon Offer Acceptance
Once your offer is accepted, your I-Agent representative will coordinate inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs. I-Agent.com is determined to ensure a smooth transaction and will be there for every step of the closing process. I-Agent.com representatives are paid based on customer satisfaction to make certain you get the best possible service.

Within 7-10 business days after closing, you will receive your 2% rebate in the mail for a new home purchase. For resale homes, your 2% rebate will be applied at closing. If your rebate exceeds your closing cost, you will receive a check for the difference at closing.

The 2% rebate is based on a 3% Commission paid to the buyer’s agent. If the commission is less than 3% the purchaser will be rebated all commission after 1%. EX; if there is a 2.5% total commission, the commission rebate would be 1.5%. I-Agent Realty Inc has a minimum commission of $3,000.
