Tour open houses that you wish to see when they are available. Schedule an appointment with the listing agent of the property. Schedule private tours with one of our expert agents.

Open Houses

Most new homes hold open houses on Saturday or Sunday. Touring open houses is a fun and informative way to learn about communities, neighborhoods and the schools. We recommend attending as many open houses in your prospective areas as possible to get a feel of how much home you can afford in certain neighborhoods. Request a schedule of open houses from your I-Agent Realtor.

Appointments with Listing Agents

Listing agents are usually more than happy to show their homes to qualified buyers. Appointments with listing agents are a good alternative for buyers who enjoy occasionally looking at homes several months before they plan to buy.

When visiting homes shown by the listing agent make sure to tell them that you have buyer representation and make sure to present your E-Business Card. When calling a listing agent you should say something along the lines of….

"I’m calling to arrange a tour of a property you are selling. I have been pre-approved for said amount. Do you have time to show me the property?"

"I’m potentially interested in making an offer on this property; it matches all of my search criteria. I am using I-Agent Realty as my real estate broker to represent me as a buyer and to prepare the paperwork, negotiate, and coordinate closing."

If the listing agent is not cooperative just give us a call and one of our Agents will show you the property.
