Receive your 66% comission rebate
When you buy a home with I-Agent.com we give you 66% of our commission. If you're buying a $400,000 property, typically an agent will get paid 3%. This amounts to $12,000. I-Agent.com Realtors rebate $8,000 of that $12,000 back to the buyer. Use this money for closing cost, down payment, remodeling, mortgage payments, decorating, or however you choose!
Receiving options
We can apply your commission rebate directly on your HUD settlement statement, click here to see an example. If you prefer to receive a certified check, your rebate will be ready 4-5 days after settlement. It takes approximately 2-3 days for the settlement company to send the commission to the broker and for the broker to process the rebate check.
Keeping your advantage
The 66% rebate is based on a 3% Commission paid to the buyer's agent. If the commission is less than 3% the purchaser will be rebated all commission paid to the agent above 1% of the sales price. Example: If there is a 2.5% total commission, the commission rebate would be 1.5% of the sales price. I-Agent Realty Inc. has a minimum commission of $4,000.
Purchasing short sales
Short Sale Policy: Unlike other Real Estate companies, I-Agent Realty does represent buyers purchasing short sales. However, due to the complexity and length of a short sale (often 3-6 months with several hurdles) I-Agent Realty only offers a 1% rebate for short sale purchasers with a minimum fee of 2% of the sales price or $6000, whichever is greater. This does NOT effect foreclosures or REO's.
